Years ago I remember reading that Bob Dylan went through a tough time with a musical direction .So out of the blue he saw everything in geometric terms which gave him a new type of inspiration that he sorely needed. Somehow since I was little I have had at various times unusual events happening such as connections with the past ,once while living in another country ,for a good solid month ! Events like walking into a bookshop and the first magazine was on historic architecture in a city previously lived in. Or two days in a row kids get on a small bus in the Andes wearing sports jerseys from teams that I had followed ,so I came to expect this everyday and it happened ! Unlike Dylan I am on an inspired mission and clear cut geometric shapes pop up in the landscape and my guess is similar events are a part of your special journey too. So I saw triangles that turned into floating pizza slices and I don't think I am nuts. How to add a variety of colors where the island was in reality relatively uniform was the challenge here along with showing both directional views and it wasn't easy ,but learning is the best. This work uses the finest quality oils and take care when selecting the perfect frame as every color meant a great deal to me as if in a symphony .I will pay shipping and taxes in the US.
